Photos: Six injured in Houston mall shooting, gunman shot dead by police

Six people were wounded after a gunman opened fire at a strip mall in Houston, Texas on Monday, September 26th, before he was shot and killed by police. Houston Fire Department spokesman, Richard Mann, said via Twitter that an active shooter at Weslayan &Bissonnnet was shot by officers and that there are no reports of other suspects at this time. Several people have been taken to the hospital but they cannot provide details about how many were shot or the severity of their injuries.
